Keeping in mind that a condominium is not a type of house but a form of ownership let's review the construction types and amenities of the condominiums in Stamford real estate areas.
Highrise condominiums or Apartment style condos.
Multi-story residential building containing condominium units. Apartment style condos share common areas and elevators.
